My name is Arooj. I teach Yoga and Pilates classes in Maidenhead and surrounding area.  I believe any exercise can be ten times more effective when performed with focus and correct technique. On the same note, in the hands of an in-experienced instructor you can seriously damage yourself. I am a qualified and experienced instructor. I am also passionate about helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals.  I have experience in working with both men and women of all ages and all fitness levels.

I would love to see you in my class, please see the Class-List for details. But I understand that not every one is comfortable in a class environment hence I also offer 1-2-1 sessions if you would like individual attention and motivation. 1-2-1 sessions are great if:

  • You are looking to achieve results quicker.
  • You are a beginner and you want exclusive attention to understand the nitty gritty details to get you going.
  • You are an advanced student and are looking for progression and challenge.
  • You have specific requirements for example postural defects, exceptionally tight muscles, Post or Ante Natal. I can also advise you on nutrition, relaxation techniques and meditation.
