These days, we are bombarded with information about maintaining health, what to eat, what to drink, how to exercise and if it all goes pear shaped there’s always plastic surgery.
The TV programs ( ‘You are What You Eat’, ‘Celebrity Fit Club’, ‘Extreme Makeover’, ’10 Years Younger’), the articles in the news papers, the talk shows on the radios - all this media coverage about health can sometimes leave the audience with conflicting information. And to top it all up, there are hundreds of diets out there. No wonder that most of us are left confused and bewildered about who to believe, how to exercise and what to eat.
I DO NOT ENCOURAGE MY CLIENTS TO DIET. According to the National Institute of Health, 95% of all people who diet gain their weight back within a few months! But it is no secret that healthy, lean people eat differently than the rest of the population. You can achieve weight loss and positive body composition changes by following a balanced and healthy eating program. I will teach you how to incorporate it into your lifestyle for lasting results.
